So why start a blog?
In my opinion: to share something with the public that you feel can not be contained to a smaller circle of family, friends and acquaintances.
Then one might ask: Why the word ignoramuses and why is it in the web address?
When we were kids and acting like complete jackasses my mother would refer to us as ignoramuses. I think it's the most polite word to refer to someone as a dunce without utilizing more vulgar language.
It's in the web address because over the past weeks, I have witnessed and read so many stories that make you scratch your head and wonder how some people are functioning members of society. For that reason I decided that I needed to have a sounding board to share stories and call people out on their nonsense.
